We want every student to feel confident about their enrollment. If you need to cancel, here is what you should know.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met at the time of your request:
- Your request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial payment.
- Your request is not within 30 calendar days of your scheduled Orientation Day.
- You have not accessed any course materials, including logging in to the learning platform.
- You have not attended any portion of the course, including orientation, live sessions, or coaching calls.
- Your request is submitted in writing to info@missionresidency.com.
If any one of these conditions is not met, you are not eligible for a refund.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your enrollment spot and are applied toward your total program cost. They are not returned under any circumstances.
Access Equals Commitment
Once you log in to the course platform or access any program materials, your enrollment is considered fully committed and is non-refundable. This includes accessing recorded content, downloading resources, attending any live session, or receiving any form of individual coaching or advising.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
Send a written request to info@missionresidency.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your enrollment
- Your enrollment or order number (if available)
- The reason for your cancellation request
Requests are reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a written confirmation of the outcome.
Payment Plans
If you are enrolled on a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless you meet the refund eligibility requirements above and your cancellation is approved before the next payment date. Missed or late payments do not constitute a cancellation request.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of following the cancellation process above, MissionMed reserves the right to suspend your account access immediately and pursue the outstanding balance. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve any concerns.
Questions?
If you have questions about this policy or your eligibility, please contact us at info@missionresidency.com before submitting a formal cancellation request. We are happy to help.
