Terms of Agreement

MissionMed Institute / Mission Residency

Last Updated: May 2, 2026

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any program, course, or service offered by MissionMed Institute (operated by Mission Global Group LLC), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your enrollment.

1. Enrollment and Account Responsibility

When you enroll, you are creating a personal account tied to your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your account is for your use only and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other person. If we detect unauthorized sharing, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without a refund.

2. Payment Obligations

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout. If you select a payment plan, you agree to all scheduled installment payments. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of your access until the account is current. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund and Cancellation

Our refund and cancellation policy is published separately at missionmedinstitute.com/refund-cancellation-policy/. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that policy, including the conditions under which access equals commitment and deposits are non-refundable.

4. No Guarantee of Match Results

MissionMed provides coaching, mentorship, strategy, and educational content designed to strengthen your residency application. We do not guarantee that you will match into any specific program, specialty, or residency position. Match outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to your exam scores, clinical performance, interview skills, application timing, and the decisions of individual residency programs.

If a specific program tier includes a written match guarantee with defined terms, those terms will be provided separately at the time of enrollment and will govern only that specific guarantee. General enrollment does not include any match guarantee.

5. Course Materials and Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to program materials, live sessions, recordings, and other resources as described in the program you purchased. Access duration is tied to the specific program and cycle you enroll in. MissionMed reserves the right to update, modify, or reorganize course content at any time to improve the program. Material access is personal and non-transferable.

6. Coaching and Advising Limitations

MissionMed coaches and advisors provide educational guidance and strategic advice for the U.S. residency match process. This is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or therapy. Coaches are not licensed medical practitioners providing clinical care, and their guidance does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship. You should consult appropriate professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully with coaches, staff, and fellow students in all MissionMed environments, including live sessions, group chats, forums, and one-on-one coaching calls. MissionMed reserves the right to remove any student who engages in harassment, abusive language, discrimination, academic dishonesty, or behavior that disrupts the learning environment. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle the student to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, frameworks, tools, documents, and content provided by MissionMed are the intellectual property of Mission Global Group LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share any MissionMed materials in any format without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to: screen recording sessions, downloading and sharing PDFs, reposting content in forums or social media, and redistributing strategy frameworks to non-enrolled individuals.

9. Recording and Session Rules

MissionMed may record live sessions, coaching calls, and group events for educational purposes, quality assurance, and program improvement. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be used internally and shared with enrolled students. You may not record any MissionMed session (audio or video) without prior written permission from MissionMed.

10. Communication Expectations

MissionMed communicates with students primarily via email and the course platform. By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related emails, including enrollment confirmations, session reminders, progress updates, and administrative notices. You are responsible for checking the email address associated with your account. Response times for coaching and support inquiries are typically within 1 to 3 business days during active program periods.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting MissionMed directly, your account will be suspended immediately. MissionMed reserves the right to pursue the full outstanding balance and any associated dispute fees. We strongly encourage direct communication at info@missionresidency.com before involving your financial institution.

12. Program Modifications

MissionMed reserves the right to modify program structure, content, scheduling, coaching assignments, and delivery methods at any time. These modifications are made to improve the student experience and do not constitute a breach of this agreement. If a material change significantly reduces the scope of what you purchased, MissionMed will communicate the change and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable accommodation.

13. Medical, Legal, and Financial Disclaimer

Nothing provided by MissionMed constitutes medical, legal, immigration, or financial advice. All information and guidance is educational in nature. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding your medical career, residency applications, immigration status, and financial commitments. MissionMed is not liable for any outcomes resulting from your application of the guidance provided.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissionMed Institute and Mission Global Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your enrollment, use of the program, or inability to use the program. Our total liability for any claim arising from your enrollment shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific program in question.

15. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.

16. Changes to These Terms

MissionMed may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email. Continued use of the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Acceptance

By completing your enrollment purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not complete your purchase.
